Seavey Builders, Inc. had the privilege of completely transforming the interior of a
basic two story from simple to spectacular. The homeowner's sense of style and appreciation of grand design is apparent throughout this remodel project.

The basic oak staircase was removed and replaced with a stately curved cherry and wrought iron staircase.
Custom built and constructed on site.

Project completion date ~ July 2006

Walls were removed opening the formal dining and columns added to define the spacious area. Cherry
hardwood floors were installed throughout the front foyer, dining area and great room.

The entire main floor trim and base was replaced and painted. In the great room,
a carved stone fireplace now compliments the room.

The master bathroom is opulent in both quality and beauty.
Complimentary in color and tone,
the marble in this bathroom is beautiful.
Marble is used so tastefully throughout the master bath - floor,
walkin-in shower, wains coating with coordinating trim and tub front.
The soaking tub front has decorative accents and is a subtle focal point.

The carved cherry double vanity is topped with granite
and the curves follow the design of the cherry vanity. The twin mirrors and lights on each side finish the look perfectly.

The previous master bedroom is now the library/ study. Custom cherry cabinets were built-in and arranged carefully to
maintain the breathtaking view. One can only imagine reading or studying in this relaxing setting.
A 16x24 addition was built and is now home to the master bedroom.
